This enlightening and entertaining seminar with Gayle Kirschenbaum will guide you on how to deal with difficult people. Gayle uses her "Seven Healing Tools" to teach us how we can empower ourselves to overcome the challenges of dealing with critical and problematic people and to attain a state of emotional freedom.
